SPRING START UPS
- Slowly reenergize water lines for the season and check property for leaks.
- Properly check each sprinkler and adjust if required to ensure proper coverage and operation.
- Ensure proper solenoid valve operation.
- Reprogram the control panel for spring operation and check back up power supply (Battey).
- Advise of any damage and repair if authorized
- Materials including batteries and if additional labor (if required) are subject to additional fees.
MID SEASON OPTIMIZATION & CHECK UP
- Recheck performance of all sprinkler heads, valves plus control panel.
- Re adjust settings of control panel to compensate changes in seasonal weather and site conditions.
- Advise of any necessary alterations needed to enhance system performance.
- Review with client recommended changes to system if heads are obstructed by plant growth etc..
- Complete all changes or alterations if authorized and time permits.
- Materials and if additional labor (if required) are subject to additional fees.
WINTERIZATION
- Shut off main water supply to system if not performed prior to arrival.
- Turn off control panel (access to timer required if not wi-fi).
- Hook compressor to system blow out connection.
- Blow out all water from pipelines to avoid damage form freezing.
LANDSCAPE LIGHTING CHECK UP
- Check transformer performance and operation.
- Visual check of fixtures, bulbs and re align as required.
- Advise of any damage and burnt out bulbs, shorts, and repair if authorized
- Materials and if additional labor (if required) are subject to additional fees.
